How do I get from room to room?
Simple just click whichever breakout room you want. On zoom there is a button labeled “breakout rooms” click on that and you can see all the rooms available. (make sure you have the newest version of zoom downloaded)

Is there a place to just hang out?
Yes you can mingle with folks in one of several lounges just to catch up with folks you have not seen in a while.

How do the chips work?
Simple we use the chips that you have to give you prize tickets for prizes at the end- the dealers will handle it all so once done all you have to do is just go the lobby at the end and wait for your name to be called.

How do I know how many chips I have?
Simple just ask any dealers. All of our dealers have a list of the amount of chips any player in the event has. The list is updated in real time.

What if I am not tech savvy?
Not to worry the event has several dedicated tech support persons that are there to just help you the entire night. Please ask questions we are here to help.

What if I don’t know how to play?
Simple ask the dealers, at our usual events 80% of folks do not know how to play craps or roulette so we are happy to teach. We teach as you play so don’t worry you won’t slow the game down at all!

Can I just donate to the cause and not play?
Sure you can spectate at any table if you do not want to play- though playing is more fun than watching.

How do I know which spot I am on the table?
Well we have thought of everything so once you join a zoom break out room you will actually get a name card from the dealer put in your playing position.

The playing screen is small?
Yes please make sure you pin the actual table and then use gallery view for the rest so you can see not only the table and all the guests in the room. Feel free to ask the dealer or ask tech support.

How do I move into other rooms?
Simple just click on break out rooms on your zoom and then select the room you want and select join. Or you can always click leave room (bottom right of the zoom) and have tech support help you move to another room.
